Is this a full linen change?
Yes. This is a complete refresh of all bed linen listed above.

How much does Fresh Linen cost?
₱500 per room. If you want Fresh Linen in multiple rooms, please add the service once per room.

What does “per room” mean?
It means the linen refresh applies to one room/bed setup at a time (example: one queen bed or one bunk-bed room).

Does the bunk bed room include both beds?
Yes. For the bunk bed room, the service includes both single beds (top & bottom).

What about the Queen Suite or Study?
For the Queen Suite and the Study, the service includes the full queen-size bed in that room.

Can I book Fresh Linen anytime during my stay?
Yes — anytime, subject to scheduling availability. Just message us and we’ll confirm the best time.

Does this include full room cleaning?
No. This service is a linen refresh only, not a full room cleaning. If you’d like a full cleaning of the space during your stay, you can book our Mid-Stay Cleaning service separately.

Is Fresh Linen priced per booking or per room?
Fresh Linen is priced per room. Please add the service once for each room that requires a linen refresh.
